Sector 4 Re-structures

Berea Sector 4 CPF has recently taken bold steps towards a new structure,
6 sections with their own Section Leaders and Street Captains.

The idea for this arose out of the need to get more leaders involved in order to share the burden of building a Sector Database. 

It's also a great way to get back to the old fashioned way of knowing your neighbour and neighbourly support for the vulnerable.
